Thanks to everyone who came to the 2009 Shine Athletics Full Circle Showcase

We had over 500 spectators and 11 different cheer teams.

The Shine Athletics Full Circle Showcase is a public event hosted by Shine Athletics. The 2009 event was held Saturday, December 5^th at Lake Mary High School from 1-3pm. Performances from Shine Athletics all-star teams, various pop warner teams, high school teams, and middle school teams took place throughout the afternoon.

Showcase will be an annual event at Shine Athletics and we hope to have even more teams attend in following years. We want to promote positive sportsmanship and camaraderie between multiple cheerleading organizations and teams. The cheerleading industry is unlike any other and it is our hope that we can create positive relationships and work together for what is in the best interest of our athletes. The competition season flies by so quickly, the Showcase is a great way for our athletes to get some extra time to show off their skills.

All proceeds from the event go to a Memorial Cheerleading fund in honor of Aubrey Wood. The proceeds will be applied towards cheerleader's competition and registration fees and will be open to any cheerleader in the Central Florida area who is in need of registration, competition or uniform fees- whether it be for an all star cheer program, pop warner program, or school program. The full circle cheerleading fund is all about giving back and keeping the giving going around. The funds will be used towards cheerleaders in financial need that have a desire to cheer, but not the financial means to cheer.
