Shine Athletics is home to both cheerleading and dance. We refer to our cheer teams as “Shine” and our dance teams as “Reign” however we are all one gym and the same organization.

 

We offer competitive all star cheerleading and dance teams for ages 5-18 years old. We expect all cheerleaders and dancers to have a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard!

 

Our year round cheer and dance teams practice May– April.  Team members will be excused from practice due to pre-planned family vacations over the summer. However their will be a mandatory choreography camp at the end of the summer that all participants will be required to attend. Practices will become mandatory once the school year begins. Teams will practice twice weekly and attendance is mandatory at all practices and competitions.

 

All teams will learn a 2 and 1/2 minute long routine to perform at  competitions. The first half of our season will consist of learning and perfecting our routine, while the second half of the season we will compete at competitions.

 

At Shine Athletics, safety comes first. We use progressive teaching methods and we strive to maintain a positive, safe environment. All costs involved with our program are explained up front and we offer the most affordable All Star cheerleading and dance program in Central Florida.
