We offer competitive all star cheerleading teams for ages 5-18 years old. Our athletes come from all over central Florida and are placed on teams according to age, experience and ability level. We expect all cheerleaders to have a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard!

 

Our year round cheer teams practice May– April.  Team members will be excused from practice due to pre-planned family vacations over the summer. However, there is a mandatory choreography camp at the end of the summer that all participants will be required to attend. Practices will become mandatory once the school year begins. Teams will practice twice weekly and attendance is mandatory at all practices and competitions.

 

Our half year cheer teams practice January– April. Since the season is shortened, it is very important that all team members are at all practices. Teams will practice twice weekly and attend 1-2 major competitions in April.

 

All teams will learn a 2 and 1/2 minute long routine to perform at  competitions. The first half of our season will consist of learning and perfecting our routine, while the second half of the season we will compete at competitions.

 

At Shine Athletics, safety comes first. We use progressive teaching methods and we strive to maintain a positive, safe environment. All costs involved with our program are explained up front and we offer the most affordable All Star cheerleading program in Central Florida.
